Coleman WarrenCOLEMAN WARREN, who graduated in industrial engineering and political science in May, was named a 2022 Rhodes Scholar for graduate study at Oxford University in the United Kingdom. The Farmington native plans to study poverty and food insecurity.

Mary JiaMARY JIA, a Stuttgart native, was named a 2022 Goldwater Scholar, receiving a scholarship of $7,500 from the Barry Goldwater Scholarship Foundation. An honors biomedical engineering senior, Jia has worked in gene editing research since her freshman year.

Lillie HaddockLILLIE HADDOCK received a Fulbright U.S. Student Program award to Australia to study the role of water markets in managing climate change and low-water availability. Haddock earned a master’s degree in biological engineering in May, having worked with adviser and mentor Brian E. Haggard, professor of biological engineering and director of the Arkansas Water Resources Center.
