Why did you choose the U of A?
The U of A was close to home, had a good engineering program, and offered attractive financial aid.
Why did you choose your major/focus?
I was interested in working with large systems and in outdoor environments. I also had a strong interest in biology and applied math.
What are your future plans and how did your college experience shape them?
I intend to go to graduate school at the U of A in 2016. My research experience with my advisor convinced me to go to grad school.
Do you have any words of wisdom for your fellow students?
Make school your #1 priority. Treat it like a job.

I have participated in the running of the bull in Pamplona, Spain.
