Andrew Braham is an assistant professor of civil engineering. In his research, he focuses on pavement materials and sustainability.
Why did you choose to teach and research in your field?
I chose civil engineering because of my love for Sim City and Civilization, two computer games that were quite popular when I was in high school. I figured, if I like playing computer games that deal with building cities and infrastructure, why not pursue a career in that area?!
